Located near Lauch's Elementary School in Mt Penn; 
Directions from Reading:  follow 422 business east into Mt Penn, left on Rt 562 (at McDonalds in Mt Penn), follow a few blocks to Elm St and turn right; park entrance will be on your right-hand side.

Hyde Park Playground

This playground is located at 555 Raymond St. Hyde Park is also a summer playground program location. This playground has the following amenities: building or pavilion, playground equipment, basketball court, ballfield & skate park. This park requires a key, which can be picked up 1-2 days before the rental date.

Another hidden gem provided by Exeter Township;  this one boast a large baseball field as well as full-size soccer or field hockey field, playground, pavillion, and beautiful, secluded location.  Nice exercise/walking trail as well

Located in Birdsboro, on Rt 82.  From Reading, follow 422 business east through Exeter, turn right on Rt 82 into Birdsboro; don't take the Rt 82 detour, rather continue straight on 82 all the way to road closure.  Park entrance will be on your right-hand side at location of road closure.

Directions

From Route 183 South (Schuylkill Ave.), heading in towards Reading:
turn right onto Columbia Street (before bridge into city). At T intersection, turn left onto Butler Street. Follow curve in road. The road is now Columbia St. again. At the end of the street is the Parking Lot. (You must go to the right to enter.)
